dotCMS offers three plans available under our general service agreement (GSA). These plans are designed to meet the needs and budgets of companies and institutions of all sizes.
*All GSA work is conducted during normal business hours Mon.-Fri. ( 9am-6pm est.) and should be scheduled with your account manager. Work effort is billed in 15 min increments.
Block of Hours
Whether you're looking to create a new page or 500 pages this year, a block of hours will help your organization plan and budget. The more hours purchased, the larger the discount. Hours purchased under this plan can be used for any service offered by dotCMS. For more information please contact us.

Retainer
Affording the advantages and security of a partnership, our retainer package gives you peace of mind. No matter what your needs are month to month, you are just a phone call away from getting it done. Under our retainer package, our clients are given preferred status and priority access to the dotCMS support staff. This package also includes two free dotCMS upgrades per year.
